Who tells someone to join them for a meal and sends a collar to wear?

You have a point. [It's SO HARD LIND.]

You also don't want to give away that you're displeased about it that much. The Lord might not seem to pay attention to these, but it's obvious others do. All it takes is one person talking.

Not necessarily. One could be displeased or delighted, which is obvious. Or one could have no reaction, which is intriguing. To not know where you stand is to not have knowledge, which can be useful here.

But to be intriguing in and of itself could be a problem. That leads to questions. If someone sees a wall, they might want to tear it down out of pure curiosity.

That is why you learn to be strong enough to handle that. [Or to lie through your teeth. Both work] Better to be an unknown than to be one who is openly hunted or hated.

I can do that. I just...found this st this beautiful collar and wondered if I was the only one to receive such a gift.

I'd say window shopping. Seeing what there is available to them.

Possibly. This one might be too big, this one might be too short. And then there's that other one, that's completely not to their tastes at all.

At a guess, wanting it all would be what I'd assume. But no reason to not pick one at a time.

Maybe it will be just one person, or two next time.
