My apologies, I am still a novice in learning of magery. Much twas forbidden where I come from. Though I must ask; how would a skeleton come about through the family way rather than magic?

No need to apologize! I can always appreciate curiosity, but perhaps it is best you find an adult you know and trust who can explain where families come from.

There's a new bit of incredibly neat, precise handwriting added.

Not all who were given life were brought forth from the combination of sperm and egg, so it is perfectly reasonable to ask 'how' without being condescended to in response. There is at least one such case living amongst your ranks.

That was the thrust of my question, whilst trying to not be indelicate. Perhaps, mister skeleton, you could explain reproduction so I might compare how it differs from the human way I am familiar with. If you would consider yourself a 'trustworthy adult', that is. ~~I have doubts about the latter~~

I'm very sorry, I thought you might be the spirit of a child and didn't want to overstep any boundaries.

I've also learned that some people frown on grave digging and wasn't sure it was poliste to talk about.

Apology accepted. I am, for future reference, a grown, living, woman. To return to the topic at hand, do you mean that skeletal children are former living beings who have been ~~sto~~ ~~tak~~ -- adopted via means of grave robbing?

Again, accepted. I believe there is a spirit who writes in these as well, though, so no harm has been done. I am interested in that explanation, though?

Well, it's a little different for everyone. My personal history is a little cloudy now that I think of it, but usually we pop right out of the ground like lilies. However if some of us should wake up before the others, there is a grand search!

Everyone in Halloween Town has such a strong spirit.

I don't guess it's really grave robbing now that I think about it.

Despite your difference to that I know, it sounds as if your town is a good community to be a part of. I thank you for indulging my curiosity.

Halloween Town is wonderful! I would take every single one of you home with me if I could.
