I tried. I really did.

But-I can't stay in the castle today. There's no chores, no food, and it feels as if someone is watching me. It's too tense.

So two things:

1) I'm planning on doing some berry picking if anyone wants to join me.

2) The pub is open, and they serve food and ale. The patrons are strange, but they don't seem so bad.

If anyone would like to share ale, or enjoy the fruits of labour, let me know? I'll be around, with a basket. Likely a pitcher and cups, if I can get them as well.

It's too nice of a day to be inside.

No, that's fine. If you were here, we could walk down, but I'll make my way there on my own. I'm okay for doing that.

Yeah. The others have helped out a lot. It's still taking a little bit to get used to things. Nightmares are a bastard, but I'm pretty used to those.

I'm glad to hear they were able to help. As for the nightmares...

Is there anything that helped with those before? Teas, maybe?

That all depends on your definition of help. Ru My wife was able to help with some of them back home, which works a lot better than my brother's general remedy. But considering he thinks that alcohol is a cure all...

[There's a scribble, as if whatever Rei was writing with slipped from her fingers. But she replies quick enough.]

I don't know if there's anyone like her around, but there's a few people at night market that might have something. If they're selling right now.

The apothecary could have helped but his doors are locked.

The one who made the basket, yes. She's still home, thankfully. I'd really rather she wasn't here.

All right. We'll look around, see if anybody has anything good for helping with sleep. If not, I can handle it. I've had far worse nightmares over the years, after all.

I'm sure we'll find something. I know you can handle it, but I'd rather you didn't have to.

To be honest, I'd rather not as well. I kinda got used to not having them as badly over the past few years.

And this would be a bad time for them to come back in force.
